What is OBW about?
OBW is a regional movement for marginalised youths organised by an athlete collective around the world. It aims to encourage athletes to make use of their fitness and abilities to lift the lives of the less fortunate youths. All proceeds from the event goes to helping marginalised youths in each country.
Who can participate in OBW?
Anyone is welcomed to participate in OBW. Workout movements are designed to be scalable to suit the needs of all, regardless of whether are a teen, have mobility issues, or a 67-year-old granddad. All it takes is sheer grit and a willing heart.
How are funds raised?
Funds are raised by athletes and sponsors on a $ per rep basis.
Can I volunteer for OBW?
OBW is always looking for volunteers! Apply to join our growing OBW family here.
What if I cannot make it for OBW but still want to contribute to the movement?
Other ways you can contribute to making a change among the marginalised youth includes making a lump sum donation to the beneficiary of OBW in your home country, volunteering at the beneficiary itself (please enquire with them separately), or collaborating as a corporate partner with OBW.

Can I still join OBW if I am not fit?
You don't have to be of Olympian standards to join OBW. Workout movements and weights can be adjusted to ensure the safety of all individuals.
What is the OBW Lift Off?
What if I can't find my own sponsors?
Not to worry, athletes can pledge their own donation and sponsor their own efforts too.
