Make every rep count by getting your friends, family and loved ones to be your sponsor for every rep that you do! After registering as an athlete, head out to find your sponsors. This would make the workout of #OBWFightsForHope that much more meaningful. There are various sponsorship categories so everyone and anyone can be a sponsor too! If there's no one at all, athletes you can sponsor yoursevles too!

For the first time, OBW Singapore is coming together for Yoga For Hope.
Join us as we gather to make a significant stretch and push your mind, body, and soul to the next level.
Every Sun Salutation performed translates to donations made to our beneficiaries.
All participants and teams have a time period of 2 hours to complete 108 or 54 (scaled down) Sun Salutations at their own pace. The total amount of finished Sun Salutations will be counted regardless of whether all 108 or 54 movements were completed. The flow can be scaled to suit the needs of the individual or team. Just let us know in advance.
There is also the Fringe Village of Yoga For Hope where there'll be various vendors with activities, services and products all geared towards helping you move better and doing all of it for a great cause. So bring your friends and family down to the Yoga For Hope for some family fun!
Join as an individual or combine the efforts in a team of two.
All participants will begin at 9.45am. The event is sheltered and is happening, Rain or Shine!
All participants are entitled to a goodie bag sponsored by our partners.
All proceeds go to the Singapore Children's Society.

Type of Sun Salutation
The Classic Sun Salutation would be done as a standard by the lead for reference, with the left and right counting as 2 repetitions. Other Sun Salutations such as A and B are also permitted.
Modifications of the Sun Salutation to make it easier for participants with difficulties performing it will also be allowed and guided.
The monies are raised through individual sponsors. Participants are encouraged to find sponsors for themselves for the workout for every single repetition completed.

Counting of Repetitions
Repetitions of the entire session are counted on your own accord. We will not have judges counting every single sun salutation but instead have count cards of 'tens' for participants to keep track of the completed repetitions.
The Yoga lead for 108 Sun Salutations
Our Yoga Lead for the 108 Sun Salutations is Shirlyn Tan! She would be giving instructions through the first 10 Sun Salutations and thereafter allow participants to go about it at their own pace. Shirlyn has a goal of completing the 108 sun salutations in 2 hours so participants can follow her lead to accomplish it within the given time!
